Inter-company training for Kazakh specialists in milk production

As part of the BMEL-funded project "Enhancement of operational competencies for the sustainable development of milk production in Kazakhstan (Competence Promotion Milk)", employees from Kazakh pilot farms completed a one-week, practice-oriented training course in Germany from Aug 15-19, 2022.

The topics of the training, which took place at the Haus Düsse Experimental and Training Center of the NRW Chamber of Agriculture, were animal health, animal welfare, milking technology and insemination – in theory and practice. This also allowed the participants to milk, feed and recognize diseases themselves.

The project has been carried out by ADT Project Consulting GmbH (lead partner) and IAK Agrar Consulting GmbH since 2020.
